Catena Media Appoints Öystein Engebretsen to Board Following Anders Brandt’s Departure

Catena Media declared a successor for an outgoing board director. Anders Brandt resigned to pursue other ventures, both current and forthcoming.

Assuming his position is Öystein Engebretsen, whose selection was affirmed by Catena. Engebretsen will hold the role until the subsequent yearly general assembly and will obtain remuneration consistent with other board representatives.

It’s noteworthy that although Engebretsen participates in the nominating committee and acts on behalf of Öresund, a significant stakeholder, he was not engaged in the determination to designate himself.

Chairwoman Kathryn Moore Barker conveyed appreciation for Brandt’s input and greeted Engebretsen to the board. Engebretsen stressed the significance of Catena Media to Investment AB Öresund’s holdings and their dedication to bolstering the company’s standing as a premier lead source.
