AIX Technologies Appoints Seasoned Finance Executive David Bayne as Chief Financial Officer

AIX Technologies, a prominent developer of casino technology and software, has named David Bayne as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bayne possesses extensive experience, having acted as a Managing Director of Corporate Finance at numerous investment firms.

Before joining AIX, Bayne held roles at B. Riley Securities, where he functioned as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst within the firm’s financial institutions division. He also worked as a Managing Director at Roth Capital Partners, where he oversaw all gaming, leisure, and lifestyle research. His notable background further includes Managing Director positions at both Sterne Agee and Merriman Capital. Significantly, Bayne has developed profound expertise in the slot machine and gaming equipment supply industry.

Bayne earned a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, concentrating on corporate law, and an MBA with a focus in finance from Pepperdine University.
