## Leadership Transition: Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Embraces Fresh Direction

A period of transformation is underway at the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the renowned entity responsible for Monaco’s opulent hotels and gaming establishments. Experienced leader Albert Manzone has been selected to helm the group as its Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive expertise acquired during his tenure at industry titans such as PepsiCo, Davidoff, and Novartis.

Manzone, officially assuming his responsibilities on April 12th, will be charged with guiding all facets of the group’s activities. His influence will be pervasive, encompassing the allure of the casinos and hotels as well as the critical areas of finance, promotion, and technological advancement.

This selection is one element of a broader reorganization within the group. Joining Manzone in this leadership shift is Virginie Cotta Magossi, who assumes the position of General Secretary. Concurrently, Pascal Camia, the present Chief Operating Officer, will take on the role of Director of Global Expansion.

The currents of change are palpable, with pronouncements for new Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Information Officer roles anticipated shortly. This surge of fresh appointments follows Stephen Valery’s elevation to the position of Deputy Chairman in January, succeeding the retiring Jean-Luc Biamonti.

Valery, whose family has a rich history within the company, conveyed his privilege and eagerness for the position, recognizing the solid groundwork established by his forerunner. With these new appointments, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer appears primed for an exhilarating new phase.

“It is with great privilege that I accept this position, a testament to the board’s confidence in my abilities. The significance of this role is not lost on me, and I pledge my unwavering dedication to furthering the prosperity and expansion of this vital economic pillar of Monaco.”

Pascal Camia, the organization’s Chief Operating Officer, recently gave an interview to *Gaming Insider* during the ICE London gathering in February.
